Write out your values, the ones that you wish your inner circle had, people that you’d want around you every day. Get specific. Remember, values create the core that’s unstoppable. 
 
This person is going to be with you through everything. What values would you want that person to have? Go into a deep dive, past capabilities and strongly into values. Consider the 11 values that Dean identified and create a list of the values that make sense to you. 
Dean’s 11 Values:
1. hungry for achievement (not a time and effort community)
2. Enthusiastic (genuine enthusiasm)
3. energetic (eating healthy, living healthy, promotes healthy contagious energy. Want to light up the room)
